I've joined Spark a good few weeks ago, and I've not introduced myself.
I haven't got a huge amount to lose. As ever I am totally paranoid I'd end up like my sis (rather large). I've been struggling for the last two years to lose a stone, but it doesn't seem to budge. But I know deep down I've given up really easily (because I'm not too overweight), and I am just not very happy with myself. Finally though, it feels as if I have the bit between my teeth now. Exercise on track, so far diet on track. Fingers crossed I succeed this time.
Any advice on breaking through setpoint weight always appreciated.
