Morning. Lovely sunshine has gone today... Had a gorgeous bowl of porridge with some summe berried, I know its winter but thank goodness for frozen fruit.. Ready for a busy day and I will do my 10,000 steps. Have to go and see and collect some things for work... normaly would take the car. I went to Pilates yesterday for the first time in years. Strange I slept really well. This little dairy may just help me get truly in the zone... See you tomorrow.

Hi Have been a member again( 1st time was brilliant) have been messing around the edges with it now for about 2 weeks. Kidding myself I have been trying hard!!! Now today I find myself at the end of January and not really got very far... How frustrating and how stupid... I'm finding it difficult to motivate myself to exercise - which is ridiculous as there are so many things around at the moment to motivate me - so am I just being lazy... Its a shame really as I love exercise. So today is a new day and am going to try and give it my best shot.. 5 months till our daughter gets married... I want to be fit and healthy for our Grandchild due in April and above all want to be fit and sexy for my self and my lovely husband. So any tips or offers of support will be great... I think I need it. But can also give it back too!!
