oh cheers!!! I feel supported!!! I am trying hard to stay motivated. I went to the gym today, i nearly turned around, but then I decided to act like a grown up and go to the gym!! I feel tired but in a good way!!! I tried to find excuses not to exercise but finally I did it and i'm happy!!! I hope it will stay like this! next step is to create a page, that way, I won't lie to myself!! :D

I couldn't add any more to the good advice that Liney has given, but though I would say hello anyway. No-one here is going to judge, just encourage, support and hopefully motivate you. After all, we're all here for the same reason, you're amongst friends. We look forward to getting to know you Tina
welcome to the site. You will certainly find a community here who will support and advise you and I've never found anyone to be judgmental at all.
my advice to start would be to set yourself little achievable goals - eg start by just tracking your food - don't necessarily worry about whether it's in the right calorie count for a week or so - just get used to tracking it. makes sure you get your 8 glasses of water a day too. then you can starty calorie adjusting and making sure you are within your set target of calories.
small steps one after another lead to success but trying to change everything all at once can be overwhelming.

I am new to the website. Like everybody here, I would like to lose some weight. My current weight is 90kg and I would like to go down to 65kg. I don't want to be skinny but I would love to buy some clothes in size 12 or 14 and not 18. I am shocked when I look in the mirror ( the rare times I do it). 3 years ago, I was weighting a healthy 65kg, but laziness, depression and stress happened. I need to become healthy and have a healthy lifestyle. I registered for this website thinking that there is a community out there, that will prevent me from finding lame excuses for not being healthy! So my hope is to find support from people that won't judge me! :D cheers in advance
