Welcme to the team. I don't usually use protein shakes for losing weight, but mostly after I've had a good workout and need to replenish. I usually use a whey or soy protein (no particularly brand). I use them in smoothies, muffins, pancakes, cookies,etc. (all SparkRecipes, of course).
