Hi, I'm a 32 year old single mother of two. I am currently trying to change my eating habits and become more active. Its not because I have a negative body image, but because I feel horrible. I feel sleepy after I eat. I'm tired. I don't want that kind of life. I looked at my family history and saw so many overweight and unhealthy people and I'm living the same way that they did. I have to stop. I am hoping to have a support group around me to help me keep things on track.
