Take one day at a time as you begin your new journey. Don't look at exercise as chore, but a daily part of your life several times a week. Find something that you enjoy doing, so it doesn't feel like exercise. Make small changes at a time until it becomes a healthier habit. Stay positive even with a gain every now than then. Stay away the negativity it will only set you back. Be patient with yourself along the way. Keep It Moving! Too Keep On Losing!

I joined the team because I am 40 now, and I want to look and feel my best from here on out. In 2005 I lost a lot of weight. I was in shape and feeling great, but my accomplishment was short-lived because I got too comfortable and quit eating healthy and exercising. I gained back all of the weight I had lost then some. I'm just trying to reshape myself again...not just for myself, but for my family as well. Any motivation would be greatly appreciated and needed. Thanks in advance!!
