Hi Donna,
I know exactly where you are coming from. I have been up and down on this sight for years now.
I figured out that I am addicted to flour and sugar so I found a site called food addicts I have been following there program and lost 67 lbs now and only have 19 to go.
If a person joins that site they have to be ready to get rid of the flour and sugar, I was ready, and I've been following this program for 10 months now on October 10th 2012. So I don't follow Spark Peoples eating plan but I do every thing else the site has to offer. Well hang in there. emoticon

Hi, my name is Donna and even though I had created an account on Sparkpeople about two years ago, I never really made a commitment to actively work the program. After being painfully honest to myself and taking a look at what was getting in the way; I have to say it was ME. Soooooo, i have been making a good faith effort to actively do the things I need to do to be successful such as track my food intake, and exercise. I have always enjoyed reading the articles, trying the recipes, but am now ready to do it all. Will I do it perfectly, probably not, but the key is I got to get back up. Well I am getting UP!! Please help me to be successful.
