Thanks so much for all the welcomes. I just finished doing my food tracker for the day and my, was it a revelation--I really need to increase my proteins and lower my sweets. OK, the journey continues. I have to change what I've been doing in order to change the outcome.
I am a new member to the BBQ group. I need to lose 50 to 100 pounds and need all the help and inspiration I can get. I am so happy to have found this group and have adopted the goal to drink 8 classes of water a day.
