and Sorry to hear about your husband And as far as pain goes, I understand, because I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, and Early Degenerative Disc Disease. Some days I can exercise fine, other days I have to do chair exercises. Just remember to be patient with yourself, and do the best that you can do. Have a great day!

Hello Iím Linda Iím a 62 year old lady with three grandís that I havenít seen for years. I signed up for this program earlier in the year but things went wrong; I hope to hang on this time. My goal is to lose at least 30 lbs. I was 170 lbs but now I am at 160 and I can not seem to lose anymore. With my health issues my goal is 130-125 lbs
I dropped off of this site because my husband has lung cancer, thyroid cancer and had a silent heart attack. Yet with all of this going on life is still great. I have CHF and fibromyalgia and I have widespread pain, aches and stiffness in my muscles and joints throughout all of my body along with unusual tiredness. I try to exercise at least three times a week. So if anyone is interested in starting a group on fibromyalgia please count me in. It is with hope and prayer that I will be able to meet and be friends with on the SparkTeams. I am a home person, so I hope someone will find the time to touch base with me every once in a while.
