I have a question. I am going to address this subject on another forum topic as well, but I wanted to ask my sistas.(wide hips/big legs sistas) who are perhaps just like me, trying to lose a little from those areas! LOL! I realize that walking is the best excersise, but what do you do when your muscles and legs just ache. I mean EXTREMELY ACHE! It aches to the point when I get out of bed, I can't walk. When I sit for a while, and try to get up, it aches badly! This is what detours me everytime of reaching a constant workout schedule. My legs ache so bad when I walk. Treadmill maybe not as bad but I love walking on the beach but after a few days, I am in so much pain. My legs feels like dead wait. I can't sleep because it hurts so bad. I've heard the saying if it hurts, then its working. But in my case, I just can't take it. Inspite of this, I am willing and still determined. Is there anyone else that has been thru this OR is going thru the same sinario. Does any one else hurt this much when you are trying to walk. Any suggestions or advice. It is indeed welcomed!
