My name is Cebrina I currently live in Kingwood, Tx. (Houston). I have a story. First and foremost I am happy to be in this group, I am 43, the mother of an 18 year old son who recently graduated high school. I also have one daughter who I have had since she was 2 weeks old she's 20, another who is my son's sister 23. I was diagnosed with Pudendal Neuralgia/Entrapment which is where the nerve is entrapped between 2 ligaments and it branches from the buttocks into the pelvic and perenial area. It is painful and prevents me from working out, sometimes I cannot even walk for a long period when I have a flare-up. I have to control my weight with food and mild stretching and walking on a good day. I need inspiration and tips to get me to my goal. I look forward to communicating with all of you.
