HELLO ALL,
I AM THE MOTHER OF 4 AND 1YR OLD GIRLS. I AM 41 SOON TO BE 42 AND I AM TIRED OF BEING TIRED. I AM NOW 1 POUND OVER MY HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT WHICH IS 186 LBS. HOW DID I GET HERE, WHEN I DIDN'T WEIGH THIS MUCH WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTERS. I GUESS UNEMPLOYMENT, A BREAK UP WITH THE GIRLS DAD AND JUST TRYING TO MAINTAIN IS THE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. NO MORE "THE TIME IS NOW." I AM EXCITED AND READY TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL.
