Hello EVORIA35, to the team. My advice is planning, preparing, and portion control with your meals and snacks. Get your daily water intack. Divide your weight by 2 and that will give you that amount of ounce you should be drinking a day. I recently learn about this at a Women's Health Conference. Be active fine some type of exercise that doesn't feel like it a chore you will enjoy it more. Best of luck to you on your journey to becoming healthier.
