I joined SP just this morning. I'm 54 years old. Each year I find myself gaining just a little more weight. I'm now more than 50 pounds over my ideal weight. I'm starting with the first 50. My goal is to get more active by doing "something" each and every day. I've tried many weight loss programs but I think I wasn't ready. I am now. Good luck to me!
