I'm excited about joining SparkPeople again -- I was an active member and belonged to this group a few years ago, but I lost the weight I wanted and I fell off, this time I plan to lose the weight and stay connected to SparkPeople because I realize that it's the accountability I gained from this forum that helped me reach my goal, so this time I am determined to reach my goal and maintain it this time..
