Good Morning Everyone, I am new to the SparkPeople Community and currently have a goal to get healthy and my short term goal is to get my weight down to a 190 pounds. My current weight is 208 pounds it may not seem like a lot however, for me it hard because I lack the movitation to work out and cut back on the sweets. Hope I enjoy my stay here and using this tool will allow me to meet my short term goal.
