Hello divas, I'm Monique! I really just began using the site this week. After dealing with knee and back problems for the last few years, I started back making lifestyle changes in December. Starting weight: 199, goal weight: 130 and current weight (from 2 weeks ago): 177. I've noticed the more I workout the less I need pain medication. I'm here to give & receive support and to help the team reach our goals!
