Welcome to the team. My tip is to never give up. Every exercise is not for you, so find something (hopefully more than one thing) that you love doing and you're more likely to stick with it and do it 3-5 times a week.
You're going to have some off days - that's okay. The important thing is not to stay off, but get right back on schedule the next time/day.
Water is important. Again, you may have to find something that works for you. Water will soon become your friend and you'll wonder how you ever did without it - especially when you get this extra energy and your face shines in the night.
