Welcome. You could also take a walk around your complex after you get off work and before you get in the car (as long as it's not too dark). Or, you may try walking before you get ready for work. I know it's not easy getting up any earlier (hate it myself), but it's a small start that will give you good benefits. Eventually, you will hopefully look forward to doing it, and start to find other exercises that you enjoy. As long as it's something you enjoy, you're more likely to stick with it.
