Hi i'm new to Sparks , this is my first week. So far I am loving it here. I am walking 1 to 3 miles a day. I am motivated to lose this 40lbs. I quit smoking and just blew up lol. I feel alot better since i quit smoking. I smoked for 26 years and with the help of the Lord I quit cold turkey. But that didn't stop the weight from coming, i think i gained 20lbs. The good thing is I am 4 months nicotine free which is a total blessing. So I we can encourage each other to lost the weight. I know I can it.
