Welcome to Spark!! I've just been using this site for real for one week! In that time, I've lost 4.2 pounds! Using the trackers, it makes me accountable to make sure that I maintain this goal for myself and it feels wonderful. Just getting going the first few days and it goes really easy when you have a goal in site and I see myself in a swimsuit on the beach!!

There are many inspirational blogs, people and teams!! You can do it!! emoticon

Hello everyone,
I joined SP awhile back but never really got into it. My weight has gotten out of control and it is now time to get serious. I really need to get back into to shape. However, I am still trying to learn how to actually navigate around this site and understand fully what I need to do here. Can anyone help me please? I need the support to stay on track.
