You can do this!! It's my first week and I've lost 4.2 pounds!! Its amazing what you can fit into your schedule if you just put your mind to it! I do 7-10 minute workouts throughout the day even at my desk. They have many videos that show you how you can workout without being at a gym and many on how to workout at you office in a chair!!
Hi I am a 47yr. old mother and grandmother and raising my grandson...health has been put on the back and my weight has ballooned and I wan to take time out and take care of myself. I work 7 days a week and I and doing the Biggest Loser with my church, I want to seriously do this...these two days have been busy, but I have been eating healthy, my fridge is on a diet also...It will take me a minute to get the hang of this, but I plan on doing this...I am glad to be part of this team and glad to meet you all.
