Hey Stacy...Im new to this too...so I want you to know that you are not alone. We can do it. Not saying we will not have bumps and set backs but lets stay the course so that we can cross the finish line. My new approach is make small changes. A lot of people are jumping in head first. Im putting a toe in the water and will continue to make small changes as I go. Wishing you much success in whatever your approach may be.

Welcome! I've been on sparkpeople for a while off and on now. I must say that this a good place to be for support, motivation and encouragement. It helped me reached my goal. Tracking food was also beneficial it really helps keep you aware of what your taking in and how to plan your meals better. I hope this works for you!
