Hello everyone,

I am excited about Spark People After sining up, I just knew I would be prompt to enter a credit card. Weight watchers online was pricey. I feel I can benefit just as well here. I have a 5 year old son who loves the internet, so I'll have to take turns with him using the internet. He is out of school for the summer, and love outdoors. My goal is not only to lose weight, but to develop healthier eating habits to live a healthy life. As of 05/29/2011, I AM 29 YO. My weight is 165 1BS. My ideal weight is 130 1BS. My major problem is going all day w/o eating or waiting to eat later in the day. As a result, I over eat. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism about a month ago. I have tachycardia,i in which my heart rate stays above 130bpm and has been 170bpm. Before the diagnosis, I walked 4 miles a day in about 40 minutes. My doctor doesn't recommend exercising until my heart rate is under control. I now only use the AB circle pro twice a day for 10 minutes, weight lifting ever other day, 100 crunches at night, 4 sets of 25 toe touches and drink plenty of water. I eat maybe once a week, but prefer to cook my own meals. I look forward to staying fit.
