Welcome to the team. You have already made the most important decision and that is to learn to eat healthy. When I first started last year, I made some very small goals, ones that were easy for me to achieve. Once I meet those goals I rewarded myself. That worked for me, maybe it could work for you also.

to the team! I agree strict is a very strong word. Maybe you could be persistent with exercising a certain number of minutes every day or maybe 5 days/week. As far as eating it is moderation and portion control. Explore the Spark site and you will see what we mean. It is a lifestyle change. You will have lots of support and encouragement here.

Hi welcome aboard. I have discovered from personal experience strict is a bad word. Everything in moderation seems to work best for me. Add as much walking as you can to your daily routine and it will help.
If you don't feed the teachers, the students will get eaten.
