I'm new to this site and pretty new to the whole weight loss concept really. I know that it's something I need to do but I've always really been lost as to how to get started and make changes that will last a life time. I'm 25 years old and currently in university living on campus so cooking for myself is pretty much out sadly. I am still trying to get motivated to become a better version of myself.
