I am new to Vancouver. We just moved here from Seattle and I love it! I am working to get my weight down to 215 pounds before the end of June 2012. I currently weigh 238. I am looking to get encouragement to stay on track, especially around staying away from sweets (I have a bad sweet tooth).
I am restarting my physical work outs this week and tracking all my foods as well. I am looking forward to your encouraging comments (I could really use them).
