Hi. I wanted to share something I've found, just in case there's someone else out there who hasn't discovered it yet...
I can eat Ground Beef and Ground Brown Turkey/Chicken Again!
I discovered if I use a large quantity of canola oil to cook the meat and then THOROUGHLY drain in a sieve, the canola oil displaces the bad fats in the meat so I can eat it without upset. (Mind you, I may be losing some of the flavour in the process, but it still tastes good to me to be able to eat something other than white chicken meat, fish and veggies for my protein.
