Hi Neva and Beth - welcome to the group. Oh how we all know what you go through. I too have have had my IBS for about 40 years. I'm sure even before that because I've always had trouble with my stomach.
It's hard to have a list of food triggers since it can be different for everyone. What may bother you may not bother me. The best thing is to keep a log of what bothers you and stay away from it.
Stress is my largest cause so I have really worked on eliminating the unnecessary part. Some can't be helped. The rest I'm just careful with certain foods and take my medicine when I have a flare up.
