Welcome! I would suggest getting familar with all that Spark has to offer. There are fitness videos, a nutrition tracker to see how many calories you are eating each day. Check into Spark everyday. I am sure you will gain more confidence and meet many friends to support you (and your family) on the weight loss journey.

I am back again and need some support. My children and my husband need to loose weight too. My son feels so bad about himself and it scares me. He is way overweight and is depressed. I'm also going to college and my schedule for studying and work is going to be hard to get me started back. I feel like I should spend all my time studying. I feel like I need to be in better control of my time. I'm not sure how to do that. Any suggestions would help me. Thanks
