Welcome to the team. I think you will find that there are trigger foods that vary from person to person. Also, stress can cause me to have an IBS flare up. I know that oatmeal in the morning seems to help me during the day.
I can't give you an advice cause I'm still in the process of trying to control mine. It's always a hit & miss...some days good, other days terrible. Maybe if you go back & read some of the posts you will see some different hints there from other team members. I know that I can't eat eggs in the morning..it's a definite no-no.
