Hey there:) I take soluble fiber, like fibercon or one of those. usually just get the generic, they work for me. Just the last few days I have been having problems tho, and I really associate it with my "monthly" and also perimenapause??? something triggered me the other day and have been feeling awful since:( Also think ice cream is a BIG culprit:( I LOVE ice creamm!!!! Please let me know if anyone else has more issues during your period? I do think maybe we duscussed this before but... always good to go over things again:) Thanks! Sue

What kind of fiber do you take Suzie? I'm scared to get more of the D with fiber? Is your fiber 100% Natural? Lately, anything I eat for breakfast gives me the D..it used to be only the eggs but now this morning "oatmeal" did it too...grrrrrrrr...smoothies laterly has the same effect. Maybe I should try the fiber.

Same with me, I have ibs D....and it is frustrating! I can go on for weeks and not have problems and then it hits me hard! Usually as long as I take my fiber before meals Iam ok. I think PMS is a BIGGG culprit tho. As for the C, I would take natural laxitives and try to get things goin.

hi there am 31 and i have had ibs for years i have ibs consaption bloating bad nothing digests at all i used to be fine in my laxitive and not it just wont work i hate it and i keep gaining weight and i fear eating now because of this
