Welcome CM...I'm glad that you joined us, I'm looking forward to learn from you and together as a team we can always use some good advice...what works for one might not for the other but it's always worth a try.
I ate eggs for breakfast this morning and OMG...bad case of D...but when I eat them for lunch or dinner I don't seem to have a problem. I will never eat eggs again in a restaurant as breakfast...it was so stressful.
I have no problem with my IBS-D when I do my workouts..it's always something that I ate.

Welcome to the team. From my experience, certain foods definitely trigger an attack. Keep a food diary and see what foods are giving you the problems. Trigger foods vary from person to person. Also, keep drinking water. It actually does help.
