I haven't exactly figured out my trigger foods,but I have increased my veggie intake but slowly of the past week. I'm starting to right down a list of foods that are triggering my acid reflux and IBS. I will also definitely try the tea. Anything to help relieve this horrible discomfort

Welcome to the team. Have you eaten spicy foods or trigger foods over the past few days? My suggestions is drinking plenty of water and avoiding trigger foods including fruits/veggies until your symptoms settle down. I hope you feel better soon. Many people also find some relief with peppermint tea.

Hi, my name is Stefanie. I'm new to sparkpeople and I'm really glad that I found this group. I suffer from IBS...I was diagnosed last year. I've been taking Bentyl for my IBS but I still get flare up. Well the past two days have been horrible. Between acid reflux, adbominal pain, cramping, nausea, and the other symptoms I just want to stay in bed. :/ Usually I can push through it but I haven't been able to find a resolution.
