Sounds like my story. Not fun. The Dr.'s that I saw weren't any help either. They ran a bunch of tests to rule things out and then told me I have IBS. Figure it out.
I did some research and first found Heather's IBS website. I ordered her soluble fiber and started using it as she suggested. Made a huge difference, but still I had the occasional attacks. Then I found Shakeology and decided to give it a try too. It helped even more, so much so that I was able to stop the soluble fiber that I was taking from Heather's. A new flavor of shakeology just came out that is vegan. My body likes that even more and I have noticed a difference in how my abdomen feels....not quite so much bloating/pressure that I always had a little of even on a good day.
There are so many people out there that don't know what to do and are stuck at home...I was one of them. Afraid to go to the gym or to the store. Hard to lose weight. I decided to be a coach for beachbody so I can help other people with IBS. One of my friends has IBS -D, the opposite of me and it helped her too. I was totally skeptical about it, but am so glad that I tried it out. I am going to a Zumba class for the first time tonight to celebrate my birthday! I would have never dared to do that 2 years ago! If you want the ingredient list or any other info, I would be glad to share.
