I have just joined this page. I have IBS, but do have it under control most of the time. I would like any new ideas.

Hope we can help the newest member with some of our trial and error findings. But everybody IS different. Just read an article in Spark that says there can be a connection of IBS and endometriosis. There are many articles you can look up on Spark and the web. Good luck and less pain. I'm having trouble with my IBS because of side effects of a med I must take.

Hello! I'm new to all of it...kinda. I used to have these really uncomfortable/scary gastro episodes about once per year, this past year I've had 3 super nasty bouts. Everything comes back negative and we're doing one more test to rule out Chrones. I live in a small town and its hard to even get a referral to see a specialist. The nutritionist I saw here basically just sat me down and took me through Canada's Food Guide. I've been doing things by trial and error, which lead to vomiting, bloating, etc. I'm very excited to have found this support group and what looks like tons of information that will hopefully help me navigate and manage IBS. Yeay!!!
