First of all, you are not alone. Many of us have IBS. You will discover your individual tendencies like having more diarrhea or being constipated. You will experience both most likely. I would suggest keeping a food diary, plus an IBS diary. If you write these together, you can discover what is known as your trigger foods, or which food triggers an IBS attack. Good luck with your experience. Stick with it, especially if you have a particular diet to follow. I am empathizing with you!
Hi I am new, I have been suffering for 30 years with an array of bowel and stomach diseases, I have had 12 inches of bowel removed and have had 2 surgeries on my stomach, the Dr now tells me that along with Gerd and Divertiqulosis I have IBS, I get allot of bloating and am nauseated after every meal even with Prilosec and Zantac. I don't know what to do now I am so confused.
