Well I've been using SparkPeople for a few years now, but this is my first time posting on a message board.
My starting stats in 2006 were 5' 7", 183lbs. My lowest was 124.5 in 2010, and I'm currently about 135. I was able to maintain in the 120s for a while, but somehow my weight creeped back up to 142 over the past 6 months, so in April I started really focusing not only on losing the extra weight, but also on toning and getting back into shape. My goal is to be around 120 - 125, but nice and tone.
So here I am at 135. My arms have much more definition, and my legs are aching from yesterday's workout. Since I began entering all of my food and exercise on SparkPeople again it has really kept me in check. I feel as though I am being held accountable when I have to log everything.
