I would say that you need to eat foods with a lot of fiber. You also need to drink plenty of water. I would suggest staying away from some fruit. Certain fruits can trigger an attack for me. Also, I would suggest staying away from spicy foods. Good luck with your journey.

hello, I want to eat healthy and loose weight without triggering my IBS anyone know some foods i should eat?
