Sounds like you have alot on your plate, metaphorically speaking of course:)
The exercise will definitely help with your IB, as it will alleviate stress. What kind of diet to you eat, and do you know your trigger foods. Many times I will go back over my journal to see what I ate the day before that is causing problems and usually I will find my answer.
Do you have IB with d or c or alternating?
