I think the journaling will certainly help with finding out your trigger foods. I can certainly identify with your struggles. I too need to exercise, but I have had a hard time starting. I wish you success in trying out management methods.

Hi Andrea,

Sounds like you have alot on your plate, metaphorically speaking of course:)

The exercise will definitely help with your IB, as it will alleviate stress. What kind of diet to you eat, and do you know your trigger foods. Many times I will go back over my journal to see what I ate the day before that is causing problems and usually I will find my answer.

Do you have IB with d or c or alternating?

Just a few questions to see if me or someone else might jump in on your topic.

Take care and welcome back:)

Hello I am joining again because I need help. I work full time and go to school close to full time as well. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I have tried appetite suppressants which helped but made me feel like I was going to jump out of my skin! See I am hungry all the tine. There are certain foods I cannot eat because I have kidney beans and nuts are out. I still thin I emotionally eat as well. I am trying to start journaling and keepping a food diary. I hope this helps. Also I need to start working out 4 days a week to start. I hope this is enough to start! Thanks!
