Welcome to our team, Emily!! It is so hard to stay focused sometimes! I used to (and sometimes still do) go through spells like you're talking about...I finally came to the realization that if I really want to eat something, I might as well eat it because if I don't it's going to lead to binge eating soon! I workout enough that a piece of cake or a couple of cookies here and there aren't going to be detrimental to my weight loss. Take it one day at a time and you'll do great! We're here when you need us!
