Welcome to our team, Emily!! It is so hard to stay focused sometimes! I used to (and sometimes still do) go through spells like you're talking about...I finally came to the realization that if I really want to eat something, I might as well eat it because if I don't it's going to lead to binge eating soon! I workout enough that a piece of cake or a couple of cookies here and there aren't going to be detrimental to my weight loss. Take it one day at a time and you'll do great! We're here when you need us!

HI, MY NAME IS EMILY AND I AM 26 YRS OLD. I ENJOY WORKING OUT AND BEING HEALTHY BUT MY ATTENTION SPAN ALSO HAS A VERY HIGH DEMAND..LOL WHICH IS WHY I AM HERE, I NEED DAILY MOTIVATION AND FRIENDLY ADVICE TO KEEP ME INTERESTED IN DOING WHAT I NEED TO DO TO BECOME HAPPY WITH MYSELF AGAIN. CURRENTLY I GET IN SPELLS WHERE I WILL WORKOUT SUPPER HARD FOR 2-3 WEEKS THEN STOP FOR A WEEK AND EAT BAD...ITS JUST NOT DOING MY MIND ANY GOOD... I AM HOPING THAT SPARK PEOPLE WILL HELP ME WITH THIS...AND 15LBS ....OK NOW I AM RAMBLING HE-HE ....WELL HI AGAIN AND HOPE TO MAKE MANY NEW AND GREAT FRIENDS. :)
