Hi Jaderose325, glad you have made your decision to take care of yourself. I have been in 2 different programs so far this one is really great. Drink all of the 8 glasses and more of water , very important, be positive, log all of your food (be honest) cause the only person you will cheat is yourself, do some exercises. Do this for yourself and no one else, learn to love yourself and treat yourself kindly every day, don't think of this as a diet no this is a new way of living . Hi! I'm 23 years old and I'm a wonderful wife and a mother to two beautiful little girls. I've always had trouble with my weight. I'm tired of it. I know I need to change, but I lack serious support. I'm hoping the concept of this site really works and so far I'm super excited. But I'm still scared I'll fail just like every other time. I just want to make sure I don't hear this again.... "Stop running! I feel like I'm in Japan!" No more of that crap. I want to look better and feel better. I owe it to myself and my family. I'm ready! I think, lol :)
