Welcome to our team....I just wanted to let you know you are truly not alone on this new journey. I am going to try and help you a little just to get you started. On the top of this page you will see "My Trackers" open that and you will need to scroll down and click on "Planner" inside "planner" is a journal you can write in. I recommend that you use that to express your emotions and write down what you are feeling and why....this will help you to deal with the issue at hand. You also need to become aware when these emotions make you eat...and with that said...write that down as well, when you binge or emotional eat. That way you can pinpoint what is causing you to have these uncontrollable outburst....and when you feel one coming on you can avoid the situation by doing something positive. You will need to write a goal with plans on what to do when you have one of those 'moments". I myself, when I feel a binging moment coming...I go for a walk. By the time I get back ...the "need to binge" is gone. Everyone is different so you will have to work on finding what is best for you. I hope this helps you a bit. Good luck to you.
