Seriously, if you start by religiously tracking your food and make some changes, you will feel loads better.
I'm no doctor, but I do believe that the crap I eat is responsible for at least 50% of my ability to cope with stress and anxiety.

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Hi...Im a mother of 3 ...issues with depression and just turned 30..I stopped working out because my endometriosis n andenomyosis got so bad i was in pain everyday...So i ended up having a hysterectomy and its difficult to get back on track...
I need to loose the weight again ...
Im thinking thin...This time I will Achieve my goal..
