Hi I am jahzbuttafly,
I just got brave enough (7 weeks ago) to join a zumba class at my Y. I am coordination challenge and vanity has denied me from this AWESOME class!!! I was taking 2 days a week, but now that I am being coached for running, I can only take my favorite of the two classes-Zumba toning. I am looking for an zumba dvd within my budget,so I can zumba at home also, but have not yet been successful.
I always feel wonderful after my ZT class and my instructor is the best!!! I look forward to sharing Zumba stories and encouraging each other on this journey.

I am pretty new to Zumba myself, I am still trying to work my way up to being able to do it for an hour straight so I can go to the gym for live classes! Been doing a little at home and I love what I have learned.

Hello. Im inspire12. Im not new to sparks people or zumba. I just discovered this group and wanted to join. I'm a zumbaholic. I attend at least four zumba classes a week. On Wednesdays i attend three zumba classes.i also have done two zumbathons in the last week.
I f first you don"t succeed brush your self off and try again.

Glad that you like Zumba!! It's my favorite form of exercise... Been doing it since 2002 and since I have been eating healhtier, the body is reshaping nicely.
Good luck to you and make sure that you try to take a live class...nothing as good as a good class, even though I enjoy the Exhiliarate DVDs too!

Hello everyone! I'm just back active in Sparkpeople after 4 years without (after meeting my 2007/ 208 goals). It worked the first time, and I know I can do it again, just this time I won't quit after my goals are met. I've recently (6 week ago) started doing Zumba from the Exhilarate DVD and love it, especially since I can do it wherever I am (hotels, etc.) when I am traveling.
So far, the results have been very good and it's so fun!
I'm interested in hearing from others who have been using Zumba longer.
