It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Good going on setting a good calorie burning goal! I would also strongly recommend that you use the nutrition tracker and especially the meal plans that are provided there. The grocery list feature is really great.
