I am a 46 year-old happy wife and mother of two grown children. (DS-22 and DD-19)
When my daughter left for college last fall, I had some serious empty nest feelings. I thought this might be a good time to focus on my health needs and by January of this year, I had recommitted to SP as a part of every day and my whole life.
As of this past Monday, I've lost over 45 lbs., which I have done by confronting the reasons why I overeat and making a promise to myself to exercise 10 minutes a day, no matter what. (I've only skipped three days since January - woo hoo!)
I'm lucky enough to have the time to commit to exercise, and have built a fitness level which will support the 3500 calorie a week goal.
Let's do this!
