I love automatics. Still a 13 speed just have a very smart and competent computer program that does all the shifting. It is pretty cool. Deliver in rock island il in the am then off to Columbus oh. For tues am.

Congrats on the release to work. As for new trucks they sure seem to spend a lot of time in the repair shop. 6600 miles and it took two different modules for the dual fuel injection. Clueless. But it wouldn't regen and so two nights in Albuquerque Volvo and all is well for 100 miles. Now another check engine fault code
But I love the automatic.

Wow a new truck. That's wonderful! In the meanwhile my Dr released me and in the last few weeks I am working hard yo get my truck ready for the road again. I know that there is nothing harder on the truck than sitting. So my truck was sitting for 2 years. I had to rewire all my tail light etc. Tomorrow I will grease it and make sure that all grease fittings will take the grease etc then I need to buy new steer tires. Hopefully by next week I will be driving again.

@DayHiker: It was great class! Due to a mix up I actually got lucky and ended up getting a one on one with a dietician! She has other drivers she works with so she understood our lifestyle and that was -such- a relief! It's such a irritant having to explain what driving a truck entails. lol But she had some great tips and I have the information I was lacking before. I'm now positive I can get this under control. I'd hate to have eye surgery! I hope your son will ok!

Always glad to know another Hoosier! I hope that class helps you. Diabetes is difficult to deal with sometimes and far too dangerous to ignore. My 43 year old stepson has to have eye surgery soon due to diabetic complications. Wishing you the best!
