I have the same problem with some of the workouts, but I've found if I keep the remote nearby and spend some time rewinding and slowing down the moves it helps me catch on easier.

Hey and welcome!! I feel the same way about the express. I like the older firm DVD's because they are easier to follow. Keep up the good work!!
i just signed up and created account yesterday. I started the Firm express (thin in 30) last friday (march 7th). yesterday i started the cardio dvd in the second week. I think its the Accelerate week. I really like these workouts and find that the bursts really make me push myself. The only thing I get frustrated with is that sometimes I can't pick up the moves quick enough to work on proper form of the move. I feel I can never really perfect the form since every workout is changed up..I am glad i found this group to keep me motivated through out it..
