I am 45 and a mother of 3. I also have been doing a certification program in health coaching. My goal is lose about 8 lbs and mostly to be consistent in my consumption of healthy foods. I am trying to cut out added sugar, and to not eat grains as I believe they contribute to moodiness and depression for me. I do pretty well most of the time, but then break it and have trouble getting back on track. Just today, I started tracking my food - not on SparkPeople, but on my own.
